About this policy

Publication draft: the service operator’s legal identity and final operating policies are not yet confirmed. This page describes current features and proposed terms; it is not a finalized policy for public registration.

longsaas is a personal creative studio for images, illustrations and motion videos. This policy covers the website, sign-in, personal media library and membership features. Availability depends on which services are enabled.

Information we process

When you sign in with Google, we receive account information such as your name, email address, profile image and provider account identifier. We use it to identify your account and maintain your session. Google sign-in does not give this studio access to your Gmail messages, Drive files or contacts.

When you use creative tools, we process your prompts, uploaded photos and reference videos, generation requests, results and media metadata. Membership and credit features record purchases, balances and usage. Service logs and request identifiers help diagnose failures, protect accounts and reconcile interrupted operations.

Account records and sessions are stored in the service database. OAuth tokens returned by Google and retained for sign-in are stored encrypted.

Cookies and browser storage

Session cookies support sign-in and account security. Browser storage can retain creative drafts and request identifiers so you can recover interrupted work. The optional demo stores sample data in your browser; it does not create a real account or purchase. Clearing browser storage does not delete data already saved to your account.

Service providers

We use Cloudflare infrastructure to host the application and store application data. When enabled, Google handles Google sign-in, Resend delivers requested account or service emails, and Stripe processes payments. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider rather than the creative studio.

When you submit a generation, the selected image or video provider processes the prompt and any required uploaded media. Provider processing may take place in other countries and is subject to that provider’s terms and privacy practices. Do not upload sensitive information or media you are not authorized to share.

Retention and your choices

Your private media is associated with your account and is not published as a public gallery by default. Archiving hides an item from the active library; it does not permanently erase the stored media. Signing out revokes your session; it does not delete your account.

Account, media and operational records are retained to provide the service, recover interrupted work and meet security, payment and legal obligations. No fixed deletion schedule has been published yet. A permanent account or media deletion workflow is not currently available in the studio. You may revoke Google access from your Google account settings; this does not itself erase records already held by the studio. Use the contact information below when available to request access, correction or deletion.

Policy changes

We may update this policy as services change. The date above identifies the current published version. Review this page before using newly enabled features.
