Using longsaas

Publication draft: the service operator’s legal identity and final operating policies are not yet confirmed. This page describes current features and proposed terms; it is not a finalized policy for public registration.

These terms apply when you use the longsaas creative studio. Use the service only if you can enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms, do not submit media, start a generation or make a purchase.

Features may be unavailable while the service is being prepared or maintained. Demo accounts, sample credits and demo results are browser-local examples and have no monetary value.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for your account activity and for securing access to your sign-in provider. Do not bypass access controls, interfere with the service, impersonate others or submit illegal content.

Upload only material you own or have permission to use, including appropriate permission from people depicted in photos or videos. Do not use the tools for deceptive impersonation, non-consensual sexual imagery, exploitation, harassment or infringement of others’ rights.

Your media and generated results

You retain the rights you hold in your uploads. You permit the service and its processing providers to handle that content as needed to provide the generation, storage and delivery features you request.

AI results can be inaccurate, unexpected or similar to other results. Review them before use. Availability, exclusivity, copyright protection and fitness for a particular purpose are not guaranteed. You are responsible for your use and publication of generated content. Bulin 47 Video is an independent tool and does not imply affiliation with the people or platforms referenced on its page.

Membership, credits and payments

Where purchases are enabled, review the displayed plan, price, renewal information and credit quote before confirming. Credits represent service usage and are not cash. A generation may remain pending while its provider result is checked; an unconfirmed result is not an instruction to pay or submit again.

Manage available membership and payment options through the membership page and payment provider portal. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected by these terms.

Availability, retention and liability

Keep copies of media you need. Archiving is not deletion, and signing out does not erase your account. Service interruptions or provider failures can delay generation and delivery. We may restrict access where needed to protect users or address misuse.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or particular results. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
